"Congrats to Shaun Willis in Kalamazoo, Michigan. His client was facing a felony warrant that had been issued four years ago and probation violations in Michigan. At the time she decided to turn herself in, in late 2005, she was living in Florida and that is when she was referred to our office. After discussing her personal situation with her Probation Officer and sharing the steps she had taken to turn her life around with the Judge that would be hearing her case, he arranged for her turn in. She was facing at least six months in jail, community service, and payment of fines. Mr. Willis was successful in his negotiations and the penalties were reduced to requiring payment of fines only! The probation violations were dismissed. The client was very pleased with the results."
