"Congrats to Shaun Willis in Kalamazoo, Michigan. His client was facing a felony warrant that had been issued four years ago and probation violations in Michigan. At the time she decided to turn herself in, in late 2005, she was living in Florida and that is when she was referred to our office. She was facing at least six months in jail, community service, and payment of fines. Mr. Willis was successful in his negotiations and the penalties were reduced to requiring payment of fines only!
